I got sucked into their offer of a £5 trial membership for 30 days. After a few days I realized it was a rubbish site so I tried to cancel my membership before the 30 days was up. I received an email saying I could only cancel 7 days before the date my membership was due for renewal which they provided. I made a note of this date and 7 days before I duly logged onto the site to cancel my membership. This is when the problems started. I found it impossible to find a way to cancel so just replied to their original email saying that I wished to cancel my membership with immediate effect. They replied saying that I had to follow the procedure (which they gave me) and I eventually arrived at a page which had to be printed off, filled in giving all my personal details and signed by me. Then I had to fax it off to a number in Luxemboug. I dont have access to a fax machine and I certainly wasn't giving them a copy of my signature so I scanned the cancellation form and emailed it to them. They replied saying that as they had not received my cancellation instructions within the 14 day limit (what happened to the original 7 day notice)!, I would be charged for another 6 months. I could no way afford the £149.99 so I had to close my bank account to prevent them helping themselves to more of my money. I keep receiving emails from b2 stating that I owe them £149.99 as they have failed to obtain it from my bank. I have read on other sites that they then threaten you with bailiffs and Court Orders to pay up. I agree that this company must be stopped from conning people out of their hard earned money.
