I saw an ad by Elite World Systems on Facebook that said that you can earn good money by having your own internet business. I have never invested money in an internet business before. This was back in January and I was unemployed and I am still unemployed to this day, I was desperate to earn money, so I gave it a try. I had to spend approximately $600 to try and sell products through Amazon online through Elite World Systems. I had to have my own website. So far to this day, I haven't earned anything, they said they spent money trying to better my website in order for people to buy things online, they said they can't force people to buy what I sell (which is true), but I wanted a refund since March, but they kept saying that I should give it a chance, you shouldn't quit already, update your website better and I was duped into doing so , I should been more assertive and said no, I thought maybe they were right and that I should give it a chance. Elite World Systems is located in Phoenix, Arizona. I am from Canada. Elite World Systems told me to phone Amazon and ask why I am not selling anything, the associate there was no technical problem, but I didn't have to sign up with Elite World Systems. She said why does a customer have to go to your website when they can just go to Amazon instead ? She said if I wanted to be an Amazon associate, I could have signed up for FREE. And now, this is I FEEL DUPED. I tried to phone MasterCard for a credit card dispute, but they couldn't investigate because it was over 90 days, which I was unaware of. Again, I have never invested money in an internet business before, but I did because I was so desperate to earning money, I even told them the situation and they just that they understood my frustration. Elite World Systems will refund my money back. One person I spoke at one time, said that after a certain amount of time, I would have been refunded. But after speaking to a quality manager, they refused to refund me and if I wanted to close my account. They would just close it and I would up with nothing. I checked the Better Business Bureau website on this company and it was rated a F. At least 20 people have filed complaints against this business. They said the complaints that were filed against them was that they misunderstood instructions. Irregardless, I should be entitled to a refund which was money that I stupidly invested in and feel that I have been scammed. I want to report this to the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix and if that wouldn't have worked out, I would have reported to the FBI. Please help me solve this matter. Thank you.
