I ordered two products from a pop up add for Slimvida and a colon cleanse product as a free trial with £2.95 to pay for P&P each item. On arrival of items today a note says that my card will be charged £69.95 14 days from date of order or i can call customer services to cancel. Having called two different numbers neither of which answer, I am concerned that the money will be taken from my account on or around the 13th May as there is no other method to cancel the transaction to my knowledge. There is no mention of this certainly not clearly on their promotional ad and this can only be construed as false and inaccurate product advertising regardless of the product claims.

Please IMMEDIATELY ring this number
01782 450105. I rang them this morning and spoke to a lady called Jenelle. They WILL bill your bank with the amount 15 days after the date of your order. Please ring them now, as I was a day too late and they billed me with £125.90. The lady gave me the RMA numbers, and promised I'd be refunded, but I'm not holding my breath. -

I too have been worried about these companies Slimvida / ColonFlow. I did however manage to get to the bottom of this very sly organisation which main goal seems to be to trick you into paying for products that you only wanted as a 'FREE' trial not £140 per month!! My answer to all of you is contact your credit card company and make sure they do not allow this company to take any money from you let them know it is potential a scam! My bank was then able to locate a CORRECT telephone number unlike the numbers they give you which DO NOT WORK! The right number is a USA line +18882438502 (use skype as its free or very cheap) Ask for a RMA number for both products, once you have this they want you to return half of products ( half because the free trial is 14 days and the content of the bottles is 30 days so if you keep taking them they charge you the full amount!...... Didn't make that very clear did they!!!! ) to a UK address

Make sure you put your RMA code on the outside of your package and include this RMA and your full name and billing address on a piece of paper inside.
Do all this as quick as possible as these scams pray on people to procastinate.

- I almost sent away for these two special offers until I saw all these posts, so glad I didnt give my bank details, have just checked and Amazon sell these two, slimvida and colon cleanse if they still work or do you think its all a load of crap????

- I got my money back!!!!! All £125.90 of it. Keep on at them - ring that number 01782 450105 and e-mail [email protected]. Persistance paid off for me. My local trading standards office rang the head office in New York, and three days later my money was put back into my bank account.
