I had a Wells Fargo credit card was paying back my balance through electronic check but come to find out they can only do six month at a time. Anyway I lost my job acct fell behind and Calvery Portfolio/Sherwin P Robin purchased the acct. Now Ive received a garnishment letter stating that they are going to take 25% of my pay. Tried calling them to make payment arrangement the balance due on the credit card was 1200 balance due now is 2700 they would settle for 2100 if i pay at one time. Dont want to file banruptcy pls help.
