Like the others, found an unknown charge on my bank statement, called the bank & got a copy of the electronic draft. The Draft said "For questions about this transaction call 877-763-3360" Was not surprised that the number wasn't connected. Looked up Alliance network online: http://www.alliancenetworkltd.com/contact.htm, called them & was told the charge was from "Demi Box Ltd" and when we explained we've never heard of them, we were told to expect a refund in 3-6 days. I'm not waiting, I'm taking action to have my bank reverse the charges.
Update: 05/26/2012
I filed an affidavit with my credit union May 4th &on May 8th I had a credit to my account. This complaint is resolved as far as I'm concerned.
