I had not even heard of this company. I looked at my bank account and there was this fee of 31.96. Did not know what it was for. Called their number and could not get a hold of anyone. I will be calling my bank and then maybe a lawyer if this screws up all the bills I paid and will be returned if this is not taken off my account.
