I received an invoice in the mail stating my account was over due.
The original amount was $599.99 and interest was added from Feb., Mar.,
April, so the total due is $627.39. I called the (888) and asked what this was all about. I was told by a woman that I agreed to the contact and they had my voice OK'ing this service. I told her that this must be a scam - I did not, I never would under any circumstances, agree to this service or the charges.
She asked if I would like the collections department to call me - to which I said , absolutely.
I do not know what will become of this, but this should be stopped and the people responsible be prosecuted.

- This is exactly what happened to me. It sounds like the recording is doctored and from a recording that I did with another company. I got the whole spiel about it going to collections too. I got late charges and never got the first three "invoices". She said if I took care of it right now she would give me a discount of $50. Thank God I didn't give them a credit card.
