Both my husband and I ordered a pair of Crocs for a very cheap price. We should have known this was a scam when there is no phone number to contact the organization or that you can only pay by PayPal. I guess the cost of the shoes should have also clued us in to the scam. It has been 10 days and both of our orders still show as processing. We called PayPal and we spoke with a representative who has entered a dispute claim on our behalf. We have to wait for Rios Shoes to respond, but we were assured by PayPal that our transacation was insured for fraud. It may take some time, but hopefully we will get our money back. Guess we are lucky that we are cheap people and are currently only out $12.15!
