I was lied to by Cheer Xperience owner. I was told many untrue statements by Sarah Mitchell about my daughter's cheer program. Everything to how much it was going to cost to who was going to coach my daughter. Sarah told me she was personally going to coach and work with my daughter on her cheer skills. Sarah did hardly anything!!! She is never there and leaves everything to her other coach. My daughter didn't learn anything. The other girls on her team had to teach her and help her!
If you need a real gym for your daughter to go to learn about tumbling or cheer skills this aint it!
NOT COMING BACK TO CHEER XPERIENCE!

Wow you are on a roll. Two different complaints for two different things. So were you scammed for $750 or for $2000? I am confused. Clearly since you don't understand what you are complaining about you probably didn't understand what the program was about. If your child was there this last season then she learned so much. I did not see any child not progress with the help of the 3 coaches that were there all of the time helping mold and shape our children. Says a lot that the gym went to Anaheim with 5 teams. Came home with 1 1st place, and 4 2nd place wins. Oh yeah and there were over 500 teams there. Need I say more.........
Oh yeah and by the way, the contract clearly states how much the program is. Also the different payment options that are available. Clearly you did not read it and/or understand it....... -

- Most of the time my daughter has 3 coaches including Sarah! This is a small gym, Sarah has many responsibilities, I am constantly amazed at how well she juggles everything. She is always willing to sit down and talk about anything you want to discuss, she is there COACHING all the time. Again, this person that is complaining needs to come up with something better, this couldn't be farther than the truth!
