This company offered me a ONETIME only FREE sample excluding posting. After a few weeks I noticed an unathorized bank transaction from my account from Mystique in the amount of £84.90 and a face cream arrived after 3 days and no return address on it!

- I was one of the lucky ones who only paid P&P as I had my card blocked and a new one sent out so that they couldn't get any more money from me. I suggest you contact canyoutrustthem here in the UK they will try and get your money back and will also ask if you would like your complaint passed on to a BBC programme, also contact Action Fraud and report them, as the more people who do the more chance they've got of stopping them. The people behind these companies are criminals and have got to be stopped. Good Luck Sandra
