I attempted to adpot a puppy from a private owner who could not care for the puppy, all i needed to pay was 300$ delivery charge. I was put in contact with the dlivery place stated above and they charged me 327$ online via Western Union. My puppy was to be delivered at 730 am on the 12th and never showed. When i called they then told me i needed to pay 2,800$ in insurance to have the puppy shipped but that it would be refunded in cash upon arrival. They owner apparently had no phone number, payments were sent to cameroon, and every person that i spoke to was the same guy using a different voice. they refused to refund my 327$, and when i told them i would pay 100$ more out of the 2,800$ required for insurance, they quickly accepted. They are simply trying to scam out of every dollar they can and got my 327$.
