Some mysterious way my account at Snap Fitness became delinquent. I've been a memeber for 4+ years and paying 29.99/month. I called the Snap Coursey Location, which is a pain to get into contact within the first place. I told them I wanted to continue my membership and they said it would be reinstated. I asked the gentleman if I would continue to be charged 29.99 a month and he said yes. Instead of honoring the price he jacked it up to $40 something a month without tell me and just charged my card. Through e-mail (since they don't answer the phone anymore) I confronted him about it and he said the club had a right to increase the price and it was in the contract. So he verbally told me something and didn't honor it. Then he said he would give me 10 bucks back but end my membership a week early. If they were to just honor the price he stated this, none of this headache would be happening. DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH SNAP FITNESS - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
