I ordered a Barbour jacket from what appeared to be a UK Barbour Clothing Shop trading as "Barbour-Jacketshop". (with Union Jack). When I received the Order, it came from Teng Qi Shanghai Ltd and was not the item I had ordered and paid for. It was another lesser quality jacket and not a British Barbour. They have thus far ignored my repeated requests for a returns authorisation as per their policy for returning goods along with an address for return. Obviously they do not want to know.

Despite further e-mail requests - there is no respoinse from this Coimpany.
Update: 07/13/2012
Noithing heard from the Company up to July, 2012. They are now selling Radley ladies handbags etc. I had sent them £116.64p (GB Sterling) for the item I purchased but was sent a very inferior alternative.
