When checking my bank account, I found a charge for $30.00 by CAPRICE MARKETING LLC check Number 9999. I called the number on the check they told me it was for a payday loan enrollment. I never took on a payday loan with them. They told me they would refund the money, as of this date May 8, 2012 I have not received a refund. i called 4 times and each time they said they would refund the money. Last time i called they told me the money was refunded and it was not. They would check into that matter, but never heard anymore from them, and not a refund.

- As of this date 11/08/2012 I have not received a refund and I am being harrassed by collection agencies and a attorney about the payday loan I never took out. I reported this all to the attorney general about idenity theft because they have all my information. The attorney told me they are taking me to court but I never received anything in writing just harrassing calls.
