I have had the same problem as the other people who have tried this company. Phoning all the numbers listed, sending emails even phoning the company that supplies the product who said there is nothing they can do as they are only the packers. They get the labels sent to them then pack and post. I too will now have to go and cancel my credit card details which causes more problems for me as it takes a few days for a new one to be activated. Please please do something about these people who are really only predators seeking us females who want to find a way to lose weight without paying out thousands of pounds. Thank you
