I purchased two dresses from Duduta on 3/22/2012. I ordered the dresses as shown on website. NO CHANGES WERE REQUESTED. Both dresses were ordered in a size 10 ( they gave specific measurements for the size). The dresses took 39 days to arrive. Both dresses were made with wrong measurements. One dress was completely the wrong color. I emailed them photos of both dresses showing measurements (using measurement tape) that were wrong. I sent a side by side photo of their ad of the dress and the one they sent to show that their ad did not show a white dress. This was done per their request so I could get refund. For one week I called and emailed every day. They kept saying they were processing my order. I never heard from them. Eventually they would stip responding to me on live chat. Today they said they would give me $44!
