I too was scammed by this website. I was not aware it was not directly affiliated with the US Postal Office until after I paid the 39.95. Then I see I could get the information for free from the Post Office. I tried to call the number provided and no one answered and sent emails wanting a refund. I have yet to receive anything about it and simply want my money back. Very unsatisfied customer!
