Phone call. I kept tilling i really did not understand. They gave me some information I didnt understand. The next 3 days called / I kept telling them I didnt want any part of this. I never got an answer back and never have received anything from them. I am 81 years old and I really got scamed. They told me at the time it would cost nothing.
