Yeah am another victim, "you have won an iphone please enter your mobile to accept" Then you enter the competion without any thought to some kind of subscription.
I've been recieving text messages for over a month now and I didn't really pay any attention to them I just thought they were spam texts like spammail I wasnt aware you could be billed for a text message and I got my phone bill last month and it was over £90+ and I tracked it down to these guys. How these messages started was I got a popup window saying enter my phone number to win an iphone, so I did then I entered the code I recieved by sms and that was it. I never heard anything more until a week later when I got a flood of text messages from 3 different numbers.

Now I haven't subscribed to these charges and if I don't recieve a partial refund I shall be seeking advice on how to pursue my money that they have been charging my network.
I think its a joke, you signup to a monthly contract of £20 and you end up paying tripple.
