I was charged a $39.95 monthly fee that I had no idea about. I closed my account online, which did not work. You must call them to cancel in which I did. They would not refund my money. I used this account one time in Feb.2012. This would be a great site to shop if you were not charged an unknown monthly fee. It's a rip off !!! Stay Away
