I had previously ordered 1 bottle of Vivexin (March 29th 2012). However, I received 2 more bottles of your product which I did not order at any time(April 5th 2012) and which cost me 89.90 euro (+ 1.80 euro that the bank demanded for the exchange rate). The total cost of 91.70 euro was charged on my credit card without my authorization.
I immediately returned these two bottles to the sender’s address. I asked to be reimbursed at the earliest, of the total cost of their wrong send-off, on my bank account.
