I received a call from a representative stating experion credit reporting agency had contacted them, and stated I may be interested in lowering my credit card interest rates. They mailed me a packet to list all debts, interest rates, amount owed and balance due. Their fee of $899.00 was charged on two credit cards, of which I have not been able to get the double charge refunded. They advised me to not speak with anyone from the credit card company, and they would work directly with the bank to get the interest rate lowered. I should have prior to, but went online to check the company out, and found numerous complaints.
