I called this so called company to repair my dishwasher. A man named Bobby came out and told me that it would cost $91.70 to repair my diskwasher. I told him to fix it. I asked him if I could charge it and he said they take only cash or check. I though the dishwasher was repaired but when I tried to wash the dishes later it ran and my wife and I left to go to a school play. When we returned an error message was blinking and 3 lights that you push to select the wash cycles were blinking. I noticed on the receipt that the repair man was using receipts that said Atlanta Appliance, Inc. and it a it was marked thru and B&B was written beside it.I called to report that the dishwasher was not working and was told by the service man (Bobby) that there would be another service charge and another repair charge. I called several times complaning and not only was I verbally abused every time but the last time I was told I was lying. That made me extreamly mad. (I have that last call recorded.) I do not know what is going on at with this so called company call B&B Appliances but I believe they are a scam because they will come out , tell you the item is fixed take only cash or check, plus they are using another companies receipts and will not give out any last names. There phone number is 770-777-0995 or 404-325-5050. They are located in the Atlanta Area. I do not believe they have a office because when you call all you get is an answering service that does nothing but set up appointments. I have been told that after 8PM I could get a supervisor. I have called twice and talked to Robin (would not give last name) and Sam (again would not give a last name). Both were insulting and refused to help me.
