My bank statement showed the amount of $31.96 from LoanAvanix taken out of my checking today. I never authorized this and have no clue what it was for. I called the number (855-899-7123) and was on hold for approximately 30 minutes. Finally someone answered. After a bit heated discussion, she stated that I would be refunded the $31.96 and it could take up to 7 days. I did take the reps name and asked for a confirmation name.
