Checked my account and a fee of 31.96 was withdrawn from some company named ROI Avanix. Spoke with customer service personnel. She put me on hold and came back stating that it is a fee for guaranteeing a loan would be approved. I told her that I did not sign up for a loan through them. She put me on hold and then hung up. My bank told me to come in and place a stop payment on the amount and put a filter on the company.
