Signed on to do my online banking this afternoon and came across a ACH debit processing from my account in the amount of $31.96 from this company. I called my bank right away and since it is still processing I have to wait for it to actual post before they can put in a claim as well as refund us the fee. I googled the company and found numerous posts about them. I found the phone number called and the woman said its for a pay day loan fee which I never did or authorized. Of course she put me on hold while she was canceling out the debit. She came back on told me that she credited my account the 31.96 as well as took our banking account information out of their system. She also told me it will be refunded within 7-10 business days. She better hope it's back in there! And is it just me but why is it they can take the money out right then and there but when its supposed to be refunded it takes 7-10 business days?? This company should be ashamed!
