I signed up for a work from home business. I gave my debt card to the company knowing I had nothing to loose with there 30 day money back guarentee. My bank statement showed the withdrawl went to jetshelp with a phone number; 888702763 also on statement. I called the number and was told that they couldn't find any info. to show I had an account.Then I was told to email the company asking for my reference #. Never got a response. I emailed again and called still no response.When I emailed again it was to say call me (I gave my #) iwant my money back. Still no response, so i called the support help line and left a voice message saying i need a phone call. After an hour of waiting or more still no return call. Then the next evening i called again left number and said i want a call back. Two hours later no response. The next day i called from work waited 45 min.(i was determined to speak to a person.) I spoke to a female then to her supervisor Nathan who gave me the run-around saying i only had 7 days not 30 which, is clearly printed on the web site .After that i talked to my bank who received material that i faxed from the company's web site stating the 30 day money back return.The bank is working on it. I am also working on it. That's my account.
