as with others this seems to have happened when I recently booked tickets with trainline.com. I had no idea I was signing up to this kind of set up and apart from the removal of the money from my account. i have had no other dealings with them so how they can propose that this is for a nationwide discount service is beyond me. Suffice to say I have cancelled membership this evening. However having never has any dealings I expect my membership details will become an issue. At this time and in this way this is just appalling. I do hope you can help.
