We purchased the most expensive canopy bed that rooms to go had to offer. The presentation and sales assistance was very professional which led us to spend two thousand plus dollars at rooms to go somewhere outside of Houston, Texas, on the I-10 freeway. BUYERS BEWARE....when the canopy bed arrived we are quiet certain that it had been taken from another showroom as a demo unit or a return....our $2,100.00 canopy bed was scratched, dented, also parts were very dusty...an indication that the unit had not come from out of a box but from from the floor of a store as a demo unit.....the odd thing is that we had the opportunity to buy a demo unit at the store of our purchase but we declined the demo unit...we wanted a new one in the box. My room is about to run out. The bottom line is that we found out that customer service is off somewhere in never land and always promised to resolve the issue but never did. PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THIS PREDICAMENT....IT IS SO VERY, VERY, NEGATIVE TO DEAL WITH SUCH A BUSINESS STRUCTURE TO SAY THE LEAST.
