I was solicited for health insurance by a company introducing themselves as USA Select Health Insurance from a phone #253-382-9052. They sound legitimate on the phone but after the transaction they failed to send the necessary documents on the e-mail as promised. Later a found out that the company doesn't exist.

- once again the company does exist try calling 877-693-9091 if the company doesnt exist then why would they have a call center set up just for members of usa select choice?
