I cancelled my order within the 12 days as they said you could do but since then they have taken two unauthorised payments from my bank . This should never have happened and on top of that I didnt even receive their slimming pills anyway.
I have now written a letter to their Malta address as a follow up. I believe the part where they tell you that you can phone directly is only a scam to give a delay so that they can take more money out of your bank, after all it was only verbal, so it was your word against theirs that you had ever cancelled an order.

i would advise everyone to follow up with a letter as i am doing now and i am going to pursue them through mastercard to get a refund, and i am also going to involve trading standards as this is tantamount to theft.

Tomorrow morning i am going to my bank to have these payments stopped. I wish everyone the best of luck dealing with this scam company.
