The loan representative Ms. Marcy Simmons and Sharon McCarthy, Customer Service Manager were very available and forthcoming with information until the second request for funds, insurance component for $1,500.00CDN was paid. An initial security payment of $1,600.00CDN & $900.00CDN totalling $2,500.00CDN was provided via wire transfer as with the second request. At that time no one would return my calls not respond to email. Have filed reports with RCMP and local police fraud units.
