According to the scheme, we got registered for the company and got 3 IDs. for 2 family members. We paid Rs. 10,500/ for 2 schemes under which we were given total 6 IDs i.e. 3 ID Nos. to each member:

In the respective scheme we had to survey and answer some questions weekly, for each survey per ID 2 surveys were done and we were suppose to give Rs. 250/- for each survey, but since May'2011 we did not get any single penny.
