I ordered a "free" sample for Relift Products for a total amount of 10 USD. Received it 2 weeks later. Now I found out they charged my creditcard for an amount of 300 USD. Never gave them my permission to do so. Filed a complaint at my bank who also gave me your address. The advertisement for these products were on Facebook ! How do I stop this ??

Sent an email to [email protected] and this is their response:
"Greetings,
Thank you for contacting customer care. This email is a confirmation that your Relift XS account has been canceled per your request. There will be no further charges to your credit card. Our supervisors have reviewed your account and have issued the following refunds 110.00 and 124.00 ). Please allow 7-10 business days for the transactions to post back to your Mastercard card ending in 2647. Please let us know if we can further assist you.
