Adrianna had contacted me by phone and I requested that she email me the information that she was explaining to me so that I had a physical copy to read (and still have). After signing the contract and sending the required upfront fee we noticed that there was no contact from her and after attempting to contact her many times, she only replied to two of them. It was then that we started looking into the company she worked for and adamantly began requesting our money back, but to no avail. She had misrepresented her company to me by NOT stating that they did not SALE the timeshares, that they ONLY listed them on the Internet as a common ground for perspective buyers and sellers to make contact. She had, both verbally and in writing, made a full money back guarantee; that if in 6 months no offer had been made our upfront fees would be returned as well as the property listed for an additional 6 months free. That has not occurred, even after many calls and transfers throughout the company. Her 'high-pressured sales tactics' were 100% false advertising and completely misguiding! I am requesting that an investigation into their practices be performed, as I am sure we are NOT the only people they have scammed in this manner and/or taken advantage of due to the fact that the entire "timeshare" thing is a trap in first place and companies like Exclusive Sales prey on the victims that get caught by making empty promises and offering false hope but deliver only a picture on the internet and more debt. At their receipt of my complaints the Director contacted me. Upon the first discussion with Director, Mr. Green, he informed me that the sales department has the right to lie and say whatever is necessary to gain another sale. On our second conversation his only concern was that I withdraw my complaint with the BBB and the OBBB. To clarify things, Adrianna emphatically proclaimed both verbally and in her document emailed to us that THERE WAS A FULL MONEY BACK GARUANTEE if they did not sell the property, a statement that Mr. Green tells me I miss-understood her verbage and that it is buyer’s remorse. Now, first of all her sales pitch is extremely misleading and she has the authority, by company policy/practice to lie. When we signed the contract she, again confirmed to us that the contract had informal information, not to pay attention to it and that we would get our money back if they did not sell the property, another lie. We had begun requesting our money back in February, March and then again in April. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY SAYS!!!!
