While looking into loans online, I filled out an application but DID NOT SUBMIT IT with these people; I gave them NO guarantee that I was going to accept the loan offer, and I did not. I signed NOTHING that would allow them to debit my checking account, and I did NOT submit the loan application; when I found out they were a payday loan company, I was not interested and cancelled the application. Yesterday, May 14, my checking account was hit with a charge from them for $34.95, and it appears that so have a lot of other people's. I would like to know how to retrieve these monies that were illegally and unethically taken from my checking account.
