I tried to buy a metro card in the subway at 149st grand concourse, when I put my card in, it said that the transaction could not be complete and did not give me the $10 dollars card I wanted to buy but checking my account I realized that they charged me the money even though I didn't get the card. I do not appreciate that the MTA is stealing my money. it happened before but I never check my account because I didn't think they were going to charge me the money without giving me the card. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get my money back???
