Charge of $9.99 showed up on my cell phone bill in February 2012, I never authorized this service. They stopped it without any issues, but I still have not received my refund of $9.99. I have called them three times, each time being promised that my refund will be issued within the next 7 days. What a scam, think of how many people they are taking advantage of because people don't check their phone bills.
