What a scam, the only success he created for me; was making Russ Dalby even richer than he already was. False advertising, false promisses, missleading materials, missinformation, and taking what little money I had.
As a single father, Russ Dalby lead me to believe I would get out of debt. But the Dalby course only managed to put me deeper in debt than I've ever been.
As a result of the false advertisement, and all the missleading information emailed to me, cost me time and even more money.
How does he get away with it?
