i tried the face cream wasnt sastified called to cancel membership and order was talked into free trial of collagen pills foe thirty days . i had untill may 14 to cancell ihave been calling the number i first called and that number was having telephone diffculty and to try your call later did this for a week and then i sent a email the 14th the 15th they deducted from my debit card. i finallt called another number for the same co. and they refused to give my money back sayin they did not get my email for and unknown about eny other replys also sayin my trial period was only for ten days when the rep i talked with said i had 30 days and if that was the case they should of deduced my account 11 days later and not 30 days later .i am filing a dispute with my bank and i will be contacting the better bussiness bureau.
