I don't remember too well about the whole situation but apparently I talked to Capital Advance Capital Payday about a loan. Foolishly, I gave them my account information so they could decide whether or not to loan me the amount I was asking for. They did not inform me about a fee of $30.00 was to be taken out of my checking account. This morning, 05/16/2012, I checked my account and discovered someone had issued a check with notification that a signature was not required to cash a check coming out of my checking account. It said I had given them authorization to do so. That was a LIE. I did not give anybody permission to collect a fee out of my checking account. If I had known they were charging a fee to check my account I would have hung up right there. I called, threaten to sue, if they did not put it back within the hour. I learned my lesson. That will never happen again as I will not give anybody my account information.
