I was charged $39.95 by this company out of nowhere. They also charged me $0.32 for a "transaction fee." I bought nothing from these people, and when I called, this Indian guy I could hardly understand told me the company that charged me was some natural products company and they are just the company that processes purchases. He immediately told me he would refund the money and that would go through in 7-10 days. I don't understand how you can just refund money with no questions asked if you run a legitimate business. I told the guy I will take legal action if I do not receive my money back or if it happens again. These random charges happen to me every once in a while. I'm ready to explode!
