Ordered two pairs of shoes, paid through PayPal and never received the merchandise. Emails bounced back and no response from emails sent through online form. Have reported them to PayPal and am waiting resolution.

- I had a satisfactory resolution with PayPal but had to call. At first they sent an email that said the seller provided proof of mailing (this was for a shower cap which arrived. I didn't connect the dots at first). When I called PayPal and more fully described the problem, they promptly and politely refunded my money.
