I had problems getting my password to work. I kept changing it until I was blocked by the email program. I went to their website and dialed the number that was on their site. The person told me my computer had been hacked into and I had a virus. He offered to fix it and sell me another antivirus program for two years. At the end I saw him download a program that was free to anyone.
Whatever you do do not call these people.
