i woke up fri morning to find a check for 30.oo posted to my account was written to check process and in the memo line said for capital advance capitol payday i have not heard of these people nor did i authorize them to take money from my account via electronic check the only money in my account was my rent money and after that was paid left 30.00 in my account so not only was i not able to pay my full rent because the check i sent for rent the bank wouldnt cash due to nsf i was charged a nsf fee because i had already spent the remaining 30.00 via my debit card at store so it caused that transaction to be nsf as well really messed me up my bank is doing a fraud case i have also filed a police report with the pa state police if u have been a victim as well please call greensburg state police at 724-832-3288 incident number a01-1775500 and lets stop these people !!!!!!

- This also happened to me today, 5/24/2012. Apparently applying for a payday loan through someone triggered this, and Chase (my bank) is fighting it. They reversed the check (and the subsequent fee), but what sucks is now I have to change all of my account info because my account is now compromised. How pathetic can companies get these days?
