I subscribed to Tim Sykes Penny stock program for a 90 day trial. The "iron clad" refund policy stated that refunds had to be requested within 14 days of the end of the 90 day period. When I requested a refund, it took me 3 attempts and six days to get a response telling me that the cancellation period was sixty days and I was ineligible. I contacted Sykes directly and he emailed me back asking me what I was "trying to pull." I made 2 real trades and one demo trade with this service, all were losers. I did print their refund policy and turned it over to visa disputing the charge. These people they have no integrity, do not expect them to stand behind their products or policies, it is yet another scam set up to take advantage of people who want to learn to trade.
