I ordered my product on 07/29/11, ordered both the Tone De Tox and the HCG Extreme at the same time and received Tone De Tox product. On 07/29 I showed a debit to my checking account for 2.95 for the shipping and now on 08/13/11 and second debit for $79.95. I contacted customer service 8/13/2011 and the rep told me they are unwilling to refund my money because I was told the trial began at time of purchase, it doesn't matter how long it takes for product to arrive or if you receive it all all. They will NOT stop this charge on 8/13/2011 until product (unused) is sent back which may take up to 2weeks. Both of these companies are ripping consumers off with either not sending the products and both applying debits to cc's. No proof of signature was needed simply shows that it was mailed. I hardly ever purchase these types of trials , I should have known better! NEVER AGAIN! They need to be stopped!
