I ordered a dress I couldn't get from the Coast site in my size. As soon as I got transferred to the payment page I knew something was wrong. I googled the website site after and found all these comments about it being a scam. I emailed the company straight away to cancel my order as their website states something like you have 6 hours to cancel. I requested they do not take the money from my bank. They took the money a day later out my account. The company that took the money is vitabella.jp, which is a Japanese site. I did receive an email from womendress-uk asking why I wanted to cancel. You could tell from how it was worded that the person did not speak good English. I said I have changed my mind and would like my money returned to my back. I haven't heard back from them.
