I ordered a sample on line from this company and as stated on ad takes 5 working days after 2 weeks i called the "cell no" on the ad to discover that its an overseas help line and they told me that it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. I now have received this "first notification" in my post box with some "customs letter" telling me that i will now have to go to some post box to collect and pay customs on this 2 bottle parcel and that i need a doctors script for this product. I called Cape Mail and asked them to send to my pvt box and the lady told me that they are having a lot of problems with this as its a company in Switzerland thats sending the stuff over and that the Medical Research council has now said that we all need scripts for this product - so much for natural organic!!!!!!!so what the hell is going on besides the fact i told this lady that i am not collecting it and i have now giving to whoever my R80.00 and am very concerned that they will try and take more money once the "trial period" is over, this brings me to another side of the story when i called this company they told me i could cancel the order then they would not deduct money on such and such date - i nearly flipped as this was not mentioned in this so-called advert.
