I just looked on this website looking for a loan for my mother, I filled in the details and then as I read they wanted 49.99 I decided not to go ahead and cancelled, but a few days later when I looked on my internet banking I found they had taken the money out without my authorization. I have contacted them twice but never received a reply. So I threatened them with legal action and still they have not replied to any of my emails.
